In the hands of The Wash Professionals, your laundry will be given the expert care and attention to detail it deserves. When you drop off your clothes, linens, and towels at our lavanderia, we not only weigh items and then get to work. We’ll also take note of your special requests and preferences to do your laundry the way you would. On top of that we check the tags to ensure we treat your items the way the manufacturer intended. Then we get to work.
If requested, we sort laundry by "like items" meaning we'll sort by colors/whites, darks/lights, heavy duty/delicate, and etc. depending on the order's total size and variety. However, we'll be happy to accommodate your sorting preferences. Just let our friendly attendant know when dropping off your laundry.
We will apply spot treatments by request, too, for a small fee. However, please let us know where on the affected garment the spot/stain is.
All next day orders will be ready next day, including weekends. For same day turnaround, please drop off your laundry with us before noon and we'll be happy to have it ready by 8PM.
When your order is ready for pickup, we will text you and safely store it until you come pick it up.
